IT Specialists for Application Development take on responsible activities within the scope of software programming as well as further development of hardware and software solutions. They are responsible for installation of software applications and for their regular updates and maintenance. In the age of digitalization, their services are becoming more demanding.

 

Standard apprenticeship period: 3 years

IT Specialists for System Integration take on responsible activities within the scope of installation, networking as well as development of hardware and software solutions. They are responsible for the operation and administration of systems. They have to find solutions for faults, application and system problems. They rectify the faults either on-site or via remote maintenance. In the age of digitalization, their services are becoming more demanding.

Industrial Mechanics take on responsible activities such as the assembly of Franke Standard and Special Components as well as the quality assurance. They produce and assemble components and assemblies, carry out services and repairs and control their work with coordinate measuring machines.

 

Standard apprenticeship period: 3,5 years

Digitalization Management Assistants take on responsible activities in administrative divisions of the company, such as sales, procurement and IT. They collect and analyze problems and tasks of the divisions and use them for the development of new digital business models and processes.

Media designers work in agencies, publishing houses, printing and graphic desgin companies. They are also in demand at advertising departments of companies or at film and television. They design internal and external advertising media for all common commuication channels and are responsible of the perception of a company in public.

  • Fun with design, layout and typography

Technical Product Designers create 3D data records and documentations for the creation of components and assemblies. They know all about manufacturing processes and material properties, plan and coordinate workflows as well as design processes and evaluate the results. The process of drawing creation and visualization is of great importance to Franke special bearings.

Cutting Machine Operators learn the ability to produce complex turned parts with CNC machines. Whether sperate part or mass-produced articles, every component is created from the raw material on the basis of drawings. Cutting Machine Operators provide the basic building block for the high-precision Franke bearings and linear systems.
